The money is always greener
For every Disney remake.
On deck is the Little Mermaid
I wish they’d just take a break.
Because of low expectations,
Beneath the deep ocean floor,
It’s not the worst adaptation
Maybe even the top four.
Ha-lle Bailey
Not too shabby.
She gives it heart
And’s the best part
Take it from me.
Though this film won’t have much replay
‘Cause it looks lifeless and so gray.
Runtime is bloatin’
Nothing worth notin’
‘Bout this movie.
The script here is too unhappy,
No humor, it’s kinda dull.
The new songs that should be snappy,
Belong in the toilet bowl.
The viewer is still quite lucky,
The cartoon is still quite great
What they add is pretty sucky,
But not even worth your hate.
Oh no,
And the CG
Feels so empty!
Not worth the fuss,
‘Til Disney Plus,
Just wait to stream!
Parents of children should beware,
This film is full of creepy jump scares.
It’s so unnerving,
So it’s deserving of
Under the C!
